Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Sun City West Concrete Master, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services Provided

Sun City West Concrete Master provides professional concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, and decorative concrete work.

All services are subject to a written estimate and contract. Work will not begin until both parties have signed the agreement and any required deposits have been received.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was originally assessed or if you request changes to the scope of work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to change due to material costs or other factors.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property until the balance is paid in full.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for project completion. While we strive to meet these deadlines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, material delays, or site issues may cause delays.

We will communicate any changes to the timeline as soon as possible and work to complete your project as quickly as quality standards allow.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service contract and vary depending on the type of service performed.

Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or modifications made by others.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that utilities are marked before work begins. You must also inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features that may affect the project.

You agree to follow any curing and maintenance instructions provided to ensure the longevity of your concrete installation.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials and labor already incurred.

Changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing and may affect the final cost and timeline.

Liability and Insurance

Sun City West Concrete Master carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance for the protection of our clients and employees.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed prior to excavation. We are also not liable for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or other features outside the agreed work area unless caused by our negligence.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the matter through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with Arizona state law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
